When I was widowed I realised my affairs needed to be put in order for my family, and after talking with them about the Lasting Power of Attorney for property and finance plus health and welfare we set about doing that.  They went through it thoroughly making sure I understood it all and giving me time to get my head around it. He has always explained carefully and I know I can go to him with any questions I don’t understand .  The whole procedure was straight forward and I now have the paperwork filed away with the family knowing where it can be found.
