Sarah Ballantine – Estate Planner

As a member of the Institute of Professional Will Writers I help and advise clients on a range of estate planning areas – such as Wills, Estate administration and Lasting Powers of Attorney. I am based in our Bridgwater office.

Before joining Somerset Estate Planning, I worked for a high street bank for 10 years and pride myself on delivering a professional but friendly service. I have witnessed upsetting situations where people haven’t got the correct legal documents in place and the problems it creates for their families.  

I’m proud to be a part of our family business, but when not at work I enjoy spending time with my husband David and our two children.

David Ballantine – Director

I set up Somerset Estate Planning with my brother Leighton to provide a service which exceeds client expectations – delivering trusted, professional advice at an affordable cost. I ensure the smooth running of our processes and systems. 

I live in Bridgwater with my wife Sarah and our children. I regularly attend Bridgwater Chamber of commerce events and am a current member of Enmore Golf club.

Leighton Ballantine – Director

As a professional with over 15 years’ in financial services, I have vast experience in helping and advising clients. I am passionate about clients planning ahead and getting their affairs in order.

I live in Taunton with my wife Svetlana, children and dog Teddy an Italian Greyhound. I am involved with Crewkerne Rugby club and Bridgwater United FC.
